Food with a clear point of view

Menus change with the season. Dietary needs are treated as standard service, not special favors. Alcohol is available where permitted; zero-proof options are never an afterthought.

Dinner · Tue–Sun

Salt & Cedar

A chef-led room focused on coastal produce, wood-fired vegetables, and a tasting menu that can be plated entirely plant-forward on request.

Afternoon–late

The Ledger Bar

Classic cocktails beside a serious zero-proof list. Soft lighting, low music, and seating designed for conversation rather than spectacle.

Breakfast · daily

Morning Hall

Slow breakfast with bread baked overnight, fruit from regional growers, and coffee roasted in small batches. Grab-and-go boxes available for early departures.

Late bites · Fri–Sat

After Eleven

A short kitchen for guests coming from lounges or evening events: broths, grilled flatbreads, and desserts that travel well to a suite.

Tell us before you arrive

Allergies, religious dietary rules, and texture preferences can be noted by email. We avoid surprise “chef’s choice” pressure—hosts confirm options in advance when you write ahead.

Children are welcome in Morning Hall and Salt & Cedar before 8 PM. Evening bar seating follows local alcohol service laws.
